Dotel Dog Boarding and Care Services Contract
Welcome to Dotel! We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your pets. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking our services.
1. Services Provided
Dotel provides dog boarding and care services as detailed in the booking confirmation. Additional services requested by the Client will be subject to extra charges as specified below.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Payment for bookings must be made by bank transfer.
Total Fee: The total fee for services must be paid in full before the start of the service. Payment must be received and cleared before the service begins to secure your reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the service start date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the service start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date are non-refundable.
4. Insurance
The Client confirms that the pet is covered by a valid pet insurance policy.
The Client agrees to provide proof of insurance upon request.
5. Pick-up and Drop-off
The earliest drop-off time for boarding is 2:00 PM, and the latest pick-up time is 11:00 AM on the final day of service.
If you need to arrange a drop-off earlier than 2:00 PM or a pick-up later than 11:00 AM, please let us know in advance.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs depending on availability, and a half-day care fee may apply to cover the additional time and care provided.
Pick-up and drop-off times must be confirmed at the time of booking. Changes should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. While we try to be flexible, we cannot guarantee last-minute requests during busy periods.
6. Included Services
The fees paid only include the specified services (e.g., boarding). Additional services such as veterinary visits, special grooming, or any other extra service will incur additional charges.
Any products or food required for the pet during the stay must be provided by the Client. If supplies run out, the Client can order products to be delivered to the boarding address. If Dotel places the order, an administration fee of £20 will be charged.
7. Health and Safety
The pet must be up-to-date with all vaccinations, flea, and tick treatments. Proof of vaccinations must be provided before the service start date.
The Client must disclose any health issues, special needs, or behavioral problems the pet may have.
8. Emergency Situations
In case of a medical emergency, Dotel will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, Dotel is authorized to seek veterinary care at the Client's expense.
9. Liability
Dotel will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet. However, Dotel is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss of the pet unless it is due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dotel from any claims, actions, liabilities, and expenses arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Dotel.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations.
12. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Feeding and Medication Instructions
The Client must provide detailed feeding schedules and any medications the pet requires during the stay.
14. Daily Updates
Dotel will provide daily updates including photos, videos, or messages about the pet's well-being and activities.
15. Behavioral Assessment
Upon arrival, the pet may undergo a behavioral assessment to ensure they are a good fit for the boarding environment.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
